Headlinr includes a built-in Report a problem / Give us a tip button that lets you send a message directly to Admin from inside the app. You can find it under Profile > Settings.

To help us resolve issues faster, please tell us what happened, what you expected to happen, and whether the problem affects your account, the app itself, or a specific event listing.

If possible, include your device model, operating system version, app version, screenshots, and the date or venue connected to the issue.

Account problems

If you cannot log in, cannot access your account, or need help with profile or account removal requests, email support and mention the email address connected to your Headlinr account.

App issues

If the app crashes, freezes, or loads incorrectly, try updating to the latest version and restarting the app. If the issue continues, contact support with your device details and screenshots if available.

Event information

If an event looks incorrect, is missing, or contains outdated details, send us the event name, venue, date, and what appears to be wrong so we can review it quickly.
